Pelstep new at this

Hi Travelling to Croatia next year and want to do some cruising around the Islands on a skippered yatch will be about 8 -10 of us and would like any reccommendations that anybody might have about them.
also from there we want to go to Istanbul any ideas of best way to get there we will have about 3-4 days to get there.
