Police: Iranian Had Gun in Airport

An Iranian national carrying a loaded gun was arrested at Miami International Airport as he tried to board a connecting flight to Washington, D.C., officials said Tuesday.

Iradj Eftekharipour, 37, told police the gun was plastic but it was a black metal revolver loaded with six bullets, said Miami-Dade police Detective Juan DelCastillo.

I don't think guns should be allowed anywhere accept with police officers or if you have a license to carry one. If you are going on an airplane you are right, whats so bad about carrying a bottle of harmless lotion on a plane, but perfectly fine to carry a deadly weapon on a plane??? Makes no sense at all. I think that guns just need to be outlawed period.
