Sounds like a good thing to know; I'm an ATT Wireless customer. I use the National plan (pay $60ish a month for 600 anytime and 2000 night/weekend minutes, anywhere in the US). However, the page doesn't really indicate that they can do very much besides a simple request. It's certainly not at the level that American Express Platinum Concierge or a hotel concierge is at, but it could come in handy. The driving directions idea sounds like a bit too much for a telephone call. I use Wolfetech PocketGenie on my RIM for that sort of thing. At least they won't ask for your card number when you want a simple request, like AmEx.... |
