TV Journalists and El Al

Has anyone else noticed how nearly all television journalists find it imporant to mention that they've traveled on El Al?

It's almost ridiculous. Every time that El Al is mentioned, even if it's only a minor part of the story, usually the anchor or the journalist reporting will make a point to mention that they've traveled on El Al and are familiar with their exceptional security policies.
