Has anyone else noticed that the AmEx site is constantly being “updating” but yet nothing really seems to change?

hmm... yeah.. I do notice some changes once in a while.. mostly graphics... but it seems to be a bit silly taking down most of the site to update one little part...

I dislike how there seems to be much, if any, correlation done between the various portions of the americanexpress.com online site. Going from card services to rewards manager or another portion of the site will require that I log in a second time. I wish it was all tied together more seamlessly.

On the whole though, I'm pleased with the site. It allows me to do all the things I need to be able to do, even if the layout and interface is cumbersome.

New site

I noticed that they rolled out a very nice new version of the card account manager, although they backed out of it a day or two later.

Hopefully they'll resolve whatever bugs came up and the new faetures will be back online.

when i was using Starwood Amex...i really disliked the Amex's website...it just looked bad to me! Personally, Citi's website is the best if you have high-speed internet!

How long ago did you have the card? They redid the account management almost a year ago and it's somewhat better. Still a bit confusing to get to specific functions. It's up a lot more these days, too.
