I quit smoking 4 years, 5 months, 2 days, 5 hours, 44 minutes, and 41 seconds ago. During that time, I would have smoked 35,515 cigarettes. (That's like smoking a 1.68 mile-long cigarette) By quitting, I've saved $6,215.12! I've avoided ingesting 923 grams of tar, 56 grams of nicotine, and 568 grams of carbon monoxide.

What's this got to do with Jamba Juice? Well, I traded in my old addiction for a new (albiet healthier) addiction. Jamba Juice.

It's a source of continual frustration to me, however, that the fine folks at my local Jamba Juice location aren't able to accept Amex as a form of payment. I recently sent off an email to them to request they consider an Amex merchant relationship. The reply (only 20 minutes later) is encouraging. If you'd also like to see this happen, please consider dropping them a note in support of Amex payment.

Hello David,
We recently began accepting Visa/MC at the majority of Jamba locations (that
was a big move for us) and we may eventually broaden our capabilities to
accept American Express. I will be sure to share your thoughts with the
appropriate persons for review.

I used the web form a week or so ago and never received a response, even though I asked for one.

Did everyone get their free Jamba Juice today? I suppose that's an acceptable alternative to paying with an Amex.
