I've checked the sites you provided, but after doing some more research I decide to stay with CallinEurope. The rates they offer look more competitive compared to few sources I verified. And I won't have to pay any monthly fees and will be able to reroute my US number.

Is CallinEurope available to other countries? What are the other benefits you would get from that company? I like the fact that you do not have to pay any monthly fees, that would not be too hassle for anyone I think and no need to think of added monthly bills.

I have been using calling cards from www.ringotalk.com for about 6 months and have had good quality and good service so far. I highly recommend them. They have a large varity of calling cards and they also provide perpaid cellphone rechange cards for all major carriers in the US. The best part I like about them is they deliver the cards/pin online instantly
