The Starwood Preferred Guest Gold card looks really bland to me. I wish they could have spent more time on the design.

I wouldn't know. I made Gold over a month ago and finally called last night to inquire about my card. They forgot to mail it out, so it'll be here in "4-6 weeks."

Sigh.

I earned Gold in September and still haven't received it. I still have to use my Green card.

I waited a few months and finally called to inquire. They admitted that (for whatever reason) it was never sent. I received the card the next week.
