America West April Traffic Fell 3.9%

Knowing HP, perhaps the traffic hasn't fallen at all but 3.9% of the flights still haven't reached their destinations yet.

The other explanation is that they laid off 3.9% of their flight crew and neglected to tell the flights en route. Ever wonder what really happened when you're waiting for 3 hours in PHX for a "flight crew", and other later flights to your destination have already left?
