| Blood out of a stone!
I spent 8 months trying to get a full membership card out of BA and had to keep showing the tatty 'temporary' card at check-in. Several phone calls and 3 letters finally got me my 'Welcome' pack. Shame that by then I'd reached the silver level! Excellent service. |

It took me about six months to get my BA silver card. I know someone that's a BA Gold (top tier) that travels around the world every couple months in full fare F and he complained that it took him 5-10 emails and one phone call over 6 months to get an updated card at one point. Then, one day months later, he got five cards in the mail. |

Somehow that doesn't suprise me! Customer service is everything and BA should take note of just how sloppy theirs is. |
