Did you try it?

What are they offering? Onepass service, or actual reservations service?

Fidelity.com does this and it's incredible; I love it. It's much easier for me to interact with people over the computer and I don't mind holding as much if I can just move the window to the corner of my screen and wait for them.

No I didn't try it

I think they are offering service to those that are turned off by the internet and just want to check the reservations, but don’t want to interact with anything but a person.
