Unfortunately not. I'm a die-hard CO nut for domestic travel, but I can't honestly say that I would never fly this route on an ERJ. Why not just enjoy the very comfortable 752 service IAH-LAX and connect on a Continental/American Eagle codeshare to PSP? I'd even consider just flying to LAX and doing the ~100mi drive to Palm Springs. |

I imagine there is a rationale for this, e.g. this is a low-traffic route. Not a lot of demand. When they start flying IAH-LAX on an ERJ++ I'll get worried.
