Randalls transactions posting to my Onepass account

If I recall, when I first signed up for my Randalls points to go to my Onepass account, there was some notice that it would only transfer every time you hit $200. However, I see transactions for every, single transaction.

I wonder what the transaction costs are -- it's pretty ridiculous in some cases:

Quote:
12/31/01 Non-Travel RANDALLS BONUS MILES 5 5
12/19/01 Non-Travel RANDALLS BONUS MILES 50 50
11/21/01 Non-Travel RANDALLS BONUS MILES 96 96
10/24/01 Non-Travel RANDALLS BONUS MILES 68 68
