web site confused about fare rules?
I bought a full Y fare ticket for next week on continental.com. Before ticketing, it said it was fully refundable, changeable, of course the works. As expected, it let me pick a seat in F during booking and my fare class shows "AU." I'm ticketed and confirmed in first.
However, when I look at the receipt, it shows: Quote:
I don't actually intend to change the ticket or no-show, or I'd call to ask. But I'm curious. |

Also, before booking it showed 150% elite miles, now it shows 100%.

H class is still showing 100% not 150% when booking online.
maybe a glitch? or just not programmed yet?
