Delta Service Awful

I'm fly buf cvg tpa, tpa atl buf in marchI'll let you know what I think of the flights, service etc. I'm concerned about the return flights as the flight ex tpa atl is often late and misconnects with the atl buf flight or the buf atl flight is held for the cnx pax and arrives into buf at an ungodly hour.

You guys want to know something funny?...

When I went to Charleston, WV with my family to go skiing a few weeks ago the Comair pilot forgot what airline he was flying for! He went something like "This is Cap. Blah Blah from the flight deck our flight should be pushing back momentarily...blah...blah...blah...thank you for flying....uh....what airline is this? (SPEAKER CUTS OFF)...(COMES BACK ON) Delta Airlines."

Flew BUF CVG TPA Apr Mar 10 - rather uneventfull flights and uninspired service. Security at BUF was ridiculous - Family man with his children gets referred to the close scrutiny area,,,,obviously selcted for no other reason than to fill a quota....of all the people waiting to be screened, 99.9% were white....hardly a fair composite of the travelling public. TSA guard who refferred pax had major chip on his shoulder.

Back to DELTA...the return was again uninspiring. Somewhat frustrating by not being able to find an real live agent to speak to regarding issues.
Line up at the electronic kiosk, hit the buttons, shut up and move on. Very impersonal.
