HONOLULU, May 17 (Reuters) - Hawaiian Airlines Inc. (AMEX:HA - News) said on Friday that Chief Executive Officer Paul Casey would resign as of June 30 and that Chairman John Adams would assume his duties until it hired a successor.
The Honolulu-based No. 12 U.S. carrier, which aborted an attempted merger with rival Aloha Airgroup in March, credited Casey for boosting its annual revenues by 60 percent during his five-year tenure.
