Useless
I have had the misfortune to fly LH on 3 occasions. Rude flight crew and completely useless ground staff.
My wife has flown with them 4 times and now refuses to fly with them ever again. Why? The in-flight crew managed to lose our 2 yr old's pushchair and weren't too interested in doing anything about it.... when it finally turned up it was because we kicked up such a fuss that they got of their teutonic fat arses to get rid of us. When we were handed the pushchair it was completely trashed, no reason given, no apology for the delay and no apology for the damage. They then went on to deny any liability whatsoever and it took 15 minutes of demanding to see someone of authority before we left with an assurance that the airline would pay for a replacement. No more LH for us - I'd rather walk.
