| Adventure travel destinations in the Western Hemisphere.?
I am an ardent Nature lover. I want to see waterfalls, forests, nice beaches, and rich culture of the country. Please guide me if you travelled widely.

BIG SUR in California, has all that, you can camp on the beach (we did) and build a fire ( we did that too) you can hike up the river near Big Sur, There is the Redwood forest close by, , with giant Sequoya tees. you are close to everything yet still out in the wilds. More rugged? go to Colorado, or British Colombia or Alberta and drive up the Jasper highway, see the Glaciers before they are gone, and visit Lake Louise, for Sunday Brunch at the Chateau. And hike til you're hearts content. BUT watch out for Grizzleys and Mountain Lions. there are lots( I'm Canadian) |

Cooltravel, you may want to consider Belize as well. There is so much that Belize has to offer. If you are into nature, hardcore adventure, archaeology, history, culture, diving, and fishing just to name a few. Its all in Belize.
