Can you guys help me decode this?

I bought my girlfriend tickets to fly from Moscow-Pullman (PUW) to Newark, NJ on Alaska Airlines. The tickets were the usual non-refundable e-tickets from Expedia.com. However, my interpretation of the rules that while they were non-cancellable and non-refundable, they WERE changable for $50 plus any applicable change in fare. This is true, but they won't let me change the name on the ticket. I bought the tickets with my MasterCard, for my girlfriend. I want to change the name on the tickets to my name and change the destinations. Changing the destinations is OK, but they won't allow me to change the name on the ticket. Below is the Rules and Restrictions. Maybe I'm blind, but I see no text saying they are non-transferrable. If you guys see nothing, I'm thinking I might dispute the charge.

OK, It says TRANSFERS - No Restrictions. What gives?

I'm not sure where it says that in those rules, but I am sure that name changes are not allowed. If you can't find it there, AS will find it somewhere else.

I worked for many years as a travl agent and tickets that were non refundavle and non transferable always had the code nonref/non trans. I don't see that anywhere so you may have grounds for a good argument. Double check all the info you received from expedia though. I ran into aproblem with a hotel reservation I made. The room was non refundable but the date could be changed. This was in the body of the hotel confirmation with the reservation number. In a seperate area of the e-mail confirmation from Expedia it said there was a $25.00 fee to change the date. This wasn't stated with the hotel confirmation and res number but somewhere at the bottom of the e-mail from Expedia. Hope this helps.
