Front page needs an inviting sidebar

Although I like the new title logo image, I think the front page for http://www.ityt.com/ needs a prettier list of sections that are more inviting for people to click on.. The lame table with links (most of which aren't available) is too bland looking.. I made up a quick image of one way it could be re-done.. How about something like this?
