Post I can tell you what has worked for me for many years!

Tip for a Diet! Have a light brunch - I promise, you'll make up for it at dinner time. Here, again, you can still eat what you want...just watch the quantity. It's wise to eat as soon as the cravings start - if you do it too long before, the cravings will hit again and you'll need to snack.
