Travel & Trekking in Nepal Himalayas & Temples

12 Days Mt. Everest (Fly in fly out)

CampOvernight- Details-

Day: 01
Arrival in Ktm Airport,meet assistant.Transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink,& rest.Sightseeing in Temples & Stupas.
Day:02
Phakding at 2650m. Fly to Lukla airport in the morning from Tribhuvan Airport in Kathmandu. It is a 36 minute flight. After arrive to Lukla at 2810, proceed to Ghat & Phakding. It is 3 hours walk to Phakding from Lukla. In the beginning the trail goes through Lukla village,then it descend down hill to Ghat, Lunch at Ghat. After Ghat it goes the gentle up hill & level walk following the river, & you arrive to Phakding. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 03
Namche Bazaar at 3450m. After breakfast proceed to Namche Bazaar. It is 6 hours walk to Namche Bazaar from Phakding. The trail is easy going from Phakding to Benkar at 2700m.,Monjo, & Jorsalle at 2850m has a Trek Permit Check Post. Lunch at Jorsalle. After Jorsalle Check Post, the trail goes to the river side, cross the river by the suspension bridge. From here, the trail goes all the way up hill through the rhododendron forest to the bottom of Namche Bazaar, You will see the beautiful landscap views of the Jorsalle,Benkar & the river valley as you look back down. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 04
Namche Bazaar Rest After breakfast you take the roaming around Namche Bazaar & monastery & stupa. Namche Bazar has a weekly market, lots of Tibetan & Chinese & Nepali things selling can be seen. You should make a Hiking further up hill around Namche Bazaar for high altitude acclimatization. If it is sure that you’ve no any problem & no head ache, then it is very good for you could continue your trekking further.

Day: 05
Tyangboche Monastary at 3870m. After breakfast proceed to Tyangboche from Namche Bazaar. It is 6 hours walk from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche. The trail goes up walk, level walk & again gradual up walk. You arrive to the tea shop. Now the trail goes down hill to the Stream, cross the stream. There is lodge & restaurant near stream, so lunch there. From here it is all the way up hill walk to Tyangboche. Arrive Tyangboche.Dinner & overnight.

Day: 06
Tyangboche Rest Ranges of Himalayas’ views are seen from all around Tyangboche. It is interesting to visit to 1900 years old Monastary, it has been renovated several times in the previous years. Also it is important to have the altitude acclimatization when you proceed further up hill everyday so that you need to feel how do you feel your body as you are approaching higher up everyday if you are fine for the altitude etc. You need to take Hiking further up hill around Tyangboche, & sleep at low then you get the feeling good or not. Take roaming around etc.

Day: 07
Pheriche at 4240m. After breakfast proceed to Pheriche. It is 6 hours walk to Pheriche from Tyangboche. In the beginning the trail goes slope down hill through the forest, & level walk & then gently gradual ascending. Arrive to the bridge, cross bridge. Now the trail goes all the way gradual ascending to Pangboche at 3860m & Pheriche. Lunch at Pangboche. Pheriche has a hospital run by the Himalayan Rescue Association, there are European & western female/male doctors. Mt. Amadablam Range, Mt. Towache Range,Mt. Quangde,Mt. Lhotse, Mt.Chhukung Himalaya Range & many other Himalayas are seen from Pheriche. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 08
Labuche at 4930m After breakfast proceed to Labuche from Pheriche. It is 5 to 6 hours gradual ascending till you reach to the stream,then you arrive to Labuche. Spectacular sceneries of Himalayas & Peaks can be seen all direction around you when you are walking. You arrive Dugla at 4620m before you reach to Labuche,you can take lunch at Dugla. You can see the wonderful superv views of Mt.Lhotes, Mt. Nuptse,Mt. Pumori & other many Himalayas from Labuche.Dinner & overnight.

Day: 09
Gorakshep at 5160m-Kalapattar at 5545m- Labuche-Pheriche Get up early morning at 4:00am, & proceed for Gorakshep & Kalapattar for the best views of the sunrise, mt.everest range, mt.makalu range, mt.amadablam, mt.pumori, khumbu icefall, khumbu glaciers, everest base camp, & many other himalayas’s world are seen from Kalapattar. It is 2 to 3 hours gradual ascending to Gorakshep & Kalapattar from Labuche. Morning time is the best time to reach to Kalapattar for the best spectacular views. It always blows the very sharp & strong wind to Kalapattar after 10:00am in the morning, very very windy at Kalapattar after 10:00am in the morning. So you have to be at Kalapattar before 10:00am in the morning. After you visited to Kalapattar, then you will walk all the way down hill to Pheriche. Arrive Pherich. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 10
Tyangboche After breakfast proceed to Tyangboche from Pheriche. It is 5 hours walk from Pheriche to Tyangboche, the trail descend all the way down until you reach to cross the river by a bridge. From here it is the gradual ascending to Tyangboche through the beautiful forest. Your lunch will me between the forest where are hotels. After lunch you reach to Tyangboche. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 11
Namche Bazaar After breakfast proceed to Namche Bazaar. it is 5 to 6 hours walking from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar. The trail descend down to river through the forest, reach to the stream. After the stream now the trail goes gradual ascending to the top where you will have your lunch,then all the way easy going down to Namche Bazaar. Arrive Namche Bazaar. Dinner & overnight.

Day: 12
Lukla After breakfast proceed to Lukla from Namche Bazaar. It is 6 hours walking from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. The trail descend down to river bed,cross the river by a bridge. Then easy going walk to Jorsalle check post, Monjo & Benkar & to Phakding. Lunch at Phakding. After lunch continue walk to Ghat & Lukla.The trail is easy going to Ghat, then it is gradual ascending from Ghat to Lukla. Arrive Lukla.Dinner & overnight.

Day: 13
Katmandu Flight for Lukla Kathmandu & Katmandu Lukla depends on weather. If weather is good,the flight can be leave. After breakfast you will be fly to Katmandu in the morning.Rest & shopping Day.
Day: 14 Departure from Nepal to your home.
