Has anyone used this service before for booking cruises? If you have, what have been your experiences with them and are they a reliable company to go through? Thank you in advance for you response.

They stole all my money and when I filed a complaint with the BBB, they came and burned down my house. Then, they keyed my car and kidnapped my dog.

They're bonded and their insurance company was fast in handling my claim.

Other than that, I found their prices very reasonable. Assuming their web site was developed by a 12 year old, it's fantastic.

Uh...so is it safe to assume you had a pretty bad experience with them??

Sorry for being slow, can't read between the lines. Could you be more specific as to how they "scammed" you?
