Does anyone has a web site where you can see the prices for Y fares on certain airlines/routes (i.e. Austrian Airlines from IAD to VIE and than to FRA)?

The Y fare to Frankfurt via Vienna is about 4,300 US$, the cheapest ECO about 10% from this.
