Gary Condit

We haven't heard much about this sleaze in the past few months, but according to this report, he was subpoenaed for some documents today relating to the disappearance of Chanda Levy.

I certainly think he's dirty, but I'm not sure what his involvement is beyond that.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Well, he's not "gone" in the sense that he's left office. He's considering reelection and needs to decide by December 7th.

I'm sure that he's not bothered by the fact that the media is no longer focusing on him, though.

I meant that I know longer have to hear about him and more importantly see his photo (man is he ever scary looking.)

I don't find him all that scary, really. I just think that he looks like a Lexus salesman. Too dressy for Toyota, yet too sleazy for BMW. It's a tough niche.

Or perhaps he's more of the "financial closer" guy that you have to deal with after you buy the car and need to sign the papers.
