Lifetime mileage awards

AA gives you Gold at 100K, Plat at 200K lifetime. Are there other airlines that do this?

Delta has a Million Miler (MM) program that gets you lifetime Silver Medallion status. You just acquire at least one million status miles over the course of your Skymiles membership.

I think United gives out Premier Executive status, at the One Million Mile level.

Are DL , UA programs any miles (like AA) or must they be mile flown?

Delta is "base miles"

The Delta program is "base miles" which are actual, flown miles. I'm not familiar with the UA program, but I'm pretty certain that AA is unique with their counting of non-air miles for lifetime elite status.
