NEW YORK, Dec. 4 — US Airways Group Inc. said Tuesday it suffered a “shocking amount” of revenue loss over the weekend after a high volume of pilot sick calls forced it to cancel hundreds of flights. The sixth-largest U.S. carrier, based in Arlington, Virginia, canceled 216 flights after a large number of its pilots were unavailable for work, the airline said.
