How many people do you travel with?

Whenever I book air travel, I'm always asked, "How many people is this for?" and always respond, "just one."

Do most people travel with several people when flying? I very rarely travel with others and when I do, generally fly on a different itinerary or even from a different origin.

The only time two of us are in the same place is one of two annual trade shows. Even then, we book seperate flights.
