Well, that warms my heart, and makes me feel sorry I ever called Wichita "wih-cheetah".
Seriously, it is great to know that our efforts over the past three years to improve our service are getting noticed. . . and I have to say that it is probably the efforts of the Flight Attendents, the rampers, the gate agents, and maintenance (in no special order) that have made the biggest contribution here. The pilots fly the planes safely and economically, and try to do what we can/ where we can, but it is the members of the above groups that are largely responsible for this improvement. Congratulations . . . . and here is to the F/A's getting a new contract- they certainly deserve it. |

Time for my 2 cents...
I absolutely hate jetBlue....I hope you guys blow them out of the water by this time next year! Seriously...that airline should not even exist. Regards, John and all of the Happy and "loving" people at Delta well...loving to everyone except "Blue".
