Thailand has one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. I think for those that have traveled there will know the beauty of this place makes for some of the best vacations in the world.

Khao Lak, Phuket and Phi Phi Don are one of the major beach in Thailand. The views are breathtaking and the water is warm and inviting.

Thailand is one of the easiest countries to get a tour in. After you get to Bangkok just find the nearest travel agency and check out their menu selection of tours. Travel agencies book tours for you, there are lots and lots of travel agencies. Find a tour in the evening and leave the following morning, find a tour or evening dinner cruise in the morning and leave on a tour that same day. Tour companies pick you up at your hotel and returns you there at the end of the trip. Tours you book after you get to Thailand are cheaper and you have more flexibility to just sit the day out or go shopping or bar hopping - anything you want!

Millions of people visit Thailand each year and book their own tours this way. Even some hotels have booking desks for tours. Chiang Mai, Phuket and Pattaya also book tours through travel agencies - and there are lots of them!

You can book your own flight to Bangkok using the internet and get a meter taxi at the airport to take you to your hotel. Thailand is real tourist friendly and easy to get around in. Transportation is cheap, there is a Skytrain (overhead rail service) in Bangkok as well as a subway. Meter taxi cabs are cheap if you only pay the meter fare.

Here are some pretty good travel forums for people who want to do it themselves or just general questions.

If you need a hotel recommendation mention how much you want to spend per night for a hotel room to narrow down any suggestions you get. Keep in mind that rooms with air and private toilet/shower start around 600-700 baht in Bangkok all the way up to ove 6000 baht per night - so it is up to you! Choose a hotel that is off the Skytrain route to make it easier to get around Bangkok. Plan on 3 or 4 days in Bangkok and a final night in Bangkok before you leave for home. This way you won't have to worry about any connecting flights breaking down and you missing your ride. Check out Chiang Mai and Phuket, don't waste all of your time at beaches - see other parts of Thailand that make it unique.
Good luck.

Travelling as a group offers HUGE DISCOUNT possibilities.
Depending on your vacation choice, some operators offer one person in five FREE travel. For most cruise lines one person travells with between 10 and 15 paying travelers. This is the case for most escorted tour companies.
So if you are a member of a club or association we can help you travel for less. Some people think a group means 30 people or more and their own itinerary. That's not the case as we can provide you with group discounts on small traveling numbers by booking you on scheduled tour, cruise or river cruise departure.
