I found a website where a consultant has come up with a new "formula" in offering prices to the general public for cruises.
He just booked my cruise , Carnival Liberty 4th of June..........Can't wait

I've had a few friends go on cruises at a discount rate. All but one of them had a good experience. That didn't have anything to do with the discount though I don't think.
