I use MileTracker and think that it's a pretty nice tool. It's not for long-term tracking, management, or "budgeting" miles as the name of the program may indicate, but it does well at providing a full account line-up and summary.

For what it's worth, ITYT promotes this application on the External Resources (http://www.ityt.com/resources/) page.

I downloaded it and tried it. Reminds me of the semi-failed MileMinder.com that ClickRewards was running. It could use a few features, but you can't complain for free (I sent the guy a few buck anyway!)
