State of the art aircraft featuring wing-tipped seats!

Is it just me, or are these wing tipped seats broken more often than they're functional? I totally love the idea, but very rarely can I move the "wing tip" into place and use it. Sometimes, it's not working well enough that when I lean my head against it (even lightly), it falls back into the original position. In other situations, I can pull it out and it will immediately fall right back into place before I even touch it again.

I'd say for that 10-20% of the flights I'm on with these seats the wings have loosened up a bit much for them to be truly effective. It's not a bad success rate, overall, and I do appreciate when the seat wings are available.
