priority of elites

I was wondering, when i travel on continental are continental elites put before me on the firstclass stand-by list because i'm a northwest elite traveling on continental flights? and vis-a-versa for onepass elites on NW flights?

A CO elite will take precedence over an equal-tier NW elite, but a NW plat comes in on top of CO golds and silvers.
