I live in Brazil and I'm needing only 540 miles to get a round trip to the US. Does anyone know a way or deal to get these miles free?

Do you have an American Express Membership Rewards account? That would be the best way.

There are several offers on Continental's web site, one of which might work for you:

You can always buy the miles from Onepass for pretty cheap, too.
