I had a horrible experience using EXPEDIA, thye reuined my trips. I found that I'm not alone: EXPEDIA is in listed the top ripoff link at the bad business bureau read the report HERE (http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=Expedia) and has two "dedicated" websites due to poor customer support and lies: victimsofexpedia/com (http://www.victimsofexpedia/com) and shameonexpedia.com (http://www.shameonexpedia.com)
