They always seem to have friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to help with all of your car rental needs. They also always have a wide variety of cars available for your taste, including stylish new models like the PT Cruiser!

One thing to be careful about is that if you do any vehicle damage and did not get the insurance option, then they will majorly screw you over. So be sure to always get insurance!

I’ve heard that the PT Cruiser is the coolest car in the market today, that being of course that yours doesn’t screech around turns, especially left-hand ones, and it avoids contact with any walls.

ho has enterprise been lately? I'm holding reservations for both Enterprise and Budget an wonder which is the better of the 2 in terms of selecting the type of vehicle one wants to get.

Enterprise is ghetto, everyone is just joking about them being cool.

You guys are just being plain rude about the PT cruiser.

When I had to make an unplanned rental at the Oakland airport one weekend all they had available was a (one) PT cruiser (gray) for only a little over eighty bucks ($80) a day.

It got me to San Ramon where I wanted to go and back again without a single mishap. (I parked it behind my room where I figured no one would see it.)

So whats the big problem anyway? :o

No worries, mates.

If Enterprise doesn't have a car for ya, they're not the only car rental agency in the business.

Rich Swisshelm thought he'd found a bargain when he locked in a rate of $28 a day for a sport utility vehicle in San Jose, Costa Rica. But when he tried to pick the truck up from the Advantage Rent-A-Car counter, he discovered he'd thought wrong.

"The agent informed me that I had to purchase liability insurance at $20 per day and personal accident insurance at $8 per day, which doubled the cost of the rental," he remembers. "They said both insurances were mandatory, and I could not rent the car without purchasing the insurance."

I ended up renting my vehicle from Enterprise based on the shorter live rather than the longer Budget line. As short as the line was, I found it time consuming as they escorted each client to the parking area to give the car the once over. This may good from their point of view but it means that at some times, there may not be anyone manning the counter. The didn't have the full size cat. so I was upgraded to an SUV. Ended up with a brand new (11 miles) Yukon. Received another nice surprise on the return when they didn't charge for the 3 hours late return.
Would I rent from them again. I'll say yes.

Hello everyone. I'm a writer at Fast Company magazine and we're doing a survey on customer experiences at a number of companies. I am in no way affiliated with Enterprise, just want to get your input in a brief survey. If you have a few minutes, please help us choose the winner of our first customer experience awards. Thanks!
