Just made plans to go to HKG in March. My trip duration will be 23hr and 3mn. I hope I can find something to do for that long. :-) Longest commercial flight in existence.

What do you mean by "Longest commercial flight in existence"?

EWR-HKG is the longest commercial flight in existance.

UA had a JFK-HKG for a couple months that was a few miles longer, but they pulled it in August, I believe.

EWR-HKG....i guess they fly accross the ocean? Flying thru Russia doesn't make as much sense as ORD-PEK....but before Russia opened her skies...i thught DET-PEK was the longest...
