| I'm new and looking for advice
Hello everyone! My name is Joe McCallum and I am planning a trip to Europe for the spring of 2007. I'm looking for some cheaper places to stay and eat and any advice would be welcomed. Our tentative plan is to fly in to Paris and travel around France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. We've talked about going to Prage in the Czech Republic and also the Netherlands, but we're not sure if we have time. I've been to Europe once before in 1998, but I haven't seen much outside of Northern Italy, Southern Germany and Paris. Any suggestions on spots I should see would be more than welcomed. The one thing is, I'm running on a semi-tight budget. I definately can not afford to stay at Hotels that are more than 100 Euros per night. I plan on traveling for 2 weeks. Thanks again for any advice.

Advise: 1. Stay at youth hostels It's cheaper and a great souirce of info and advise from fellow travelrs. I am in my 60th and still stay at yout hostels and always make contacts 2. Don't try to cover too much in 2 weeks or you be too rushed and won't enjoy your trip. 3. Whatever you do, stay away from too many touirists and try to meet locals like in local restaurants and such.
