Late Deals

Late deals don’t necessarily mean bargain prices. Traditional package holidays have often been cheaper than those sold in advance due to tour operators needing to discount committed flights at the last minute to ensure their seats were sold. This generally happens in May-June or September-October. At peak periods however, late deals can be more expensive than those booked early. This is generally down to low cost airlines whose pricing strategy is to increase prices closer to the departure date.
