Budget airline pilots 'ignoring orders'

Pilots working for some low-cost airlines have been accused of flouting instructions from air traffic controllers because of pressure to meet tight deadlines.

According to a confidential safety report leaked to the Times newspaper, some pilots react "aggressively" when they are instructed by controllers to do something that could delay their flights.
