CHICAGO, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Delta Air Lines (NYSEAL - News) said on Thursday it has further relaxed restrictions on changing nonrefundable fares and no longer requires travelers to cancel reservations ahead of time to retain their value.

Delta last week joined other U.S. airlines in relaxing policies that required passengers buying cheaper nonrefundable tickets to cancel plans and rebook the reservations ahead of their original flight or lose the money.
