Passenger who made comment about pilots' sobriety escorted off plane Quote:
A passenger aboard an America West flight was escorted off the plane after making a remark about the pilots' sobriety, an airline official said Tuesday.
The flight crew questioned the woman Monday about whether she was making a joke or an accusation, said America West spokesman Mike Benny.
She was removed from the San Francisco flight and taken to the airline's station manager where the comment was interpreted as an accusation, Benny said.
