CLEVELAND, May 3 (Reuters) - Two concourses at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport were evacuated on Friday after a screening device detected possible explosives in a carry-on bag that managed to get away from security personnel, officials said.
"The screener did not notice the alarm," said Yolanda Bevill, spokesman for the office of Cleveland Mayor Jane Campbell.
Another member of the security team saw the electronic alarm signal a short time later, she said, but by then the passenger and the bag had disappeared.
