Thousands face air travel chaos

Thousands of air passengers are facing travel chaos because of a computer software problem at the National Air Traffic Services (Nats) centre in Hampshire.
Traffic controllers at Swanwick had to halve the number of aircraft normally in the skies because only half of the control positions were working at full capacity on Friday morning.

The problem has now been fixed, but at least 30 flights have already been cancelled and delays of up to six hours have been reported.
