While doing research for a book that we later decided not to complete, we gathered a great deal of up-close-and-personal information on free things to see and do in Colorado - tours, activities, events, concerts, food & drink samples, and more.

I have been there twice and love it but my last trip was my favorite. Landed in Denver and shuttle to Vail. We were there for a medical conference but between events ran around Vail Village and enjoy seeing snow again living in Fl for 20 years now and the snow was a treat. The beds were like 10 inches of feathers we kept the windows open and just enjoy sinking into the down each night. We stayed at the Vail Lodge and had a great time The chefs were some of the best food I have ever had. It was a extremly expensive area tourist area but fun. Glad to hear there are things to do that are free in CO. Travel Web Site DesignCheap Hotels – guaranteed low rates on travel |
