There service is definetely over-hyped, but for the price of a 411 call they'll find and make a restaurant reservation for you and give you a confirmation call. Haven't actually had a chance to try out the service yet, but it seems nifty. The other services: movie times, and directions are all provided for free with #121, so there not really all that valuble. But I guess speaking to an operator is easier than using the Tell Me service.

Sounds like a good thing to know; I'm an ATT Wireless customer. I use the National plan (pay $60ish a month for 600 anytime and 2000 night/weekend minutes, anywhere in the US).

However, the page doesn't really indicate that they can do very much besides a simple request. It's certainly not at the level that American Express Platinum Concierge or a hotel concierge is at, but it could come in handy.

The driving directions idea sounds like a bit too much for a telephone call. I use Wolfetech PocketGenie on my RIM for that sort of thing.

At least they won't ask for your card number when you want a simple request, like AmEx....
