| Wine Tasting in Paris
I went to Paris last week and attended a great Wine Tasting.

The Tasting is given by a French connoisseur... in English.  Friendly atmosphere and willingness to focus on pleasure made this tasting so unique. Nothing like I've experienced before. I was about to go the last time but then there was an important meeting that I had to attend. Traveling is not about leisure, most of the time it is about business related. | |

This can be intimidating for foreigner. In spite of hundreds of places, wine bars, bistrots that have a good selections of wines available at easy reach in Paris, many tourists leave without experiencing this typical french treat. Sometime they fear not to be understood , or because they think they don't know enough about wine, or just by timidity, foreigners do without sampling the extremely diverse french wines.

That is possible in any expensive restaurant or cave but best really is to go a wine producer directly (alsace or Bourgogne or Bordeaux.
