Had a prob with AM EX and could not get satisfaction?

There is a staff of people in AM EX exec offices in Stamford, CT who you can try as a last resort.

Please only use this number if you have gone the full CSR route (including speaking with a supervisor). Good Luck. Please post a note if you get the problem resolved there.
