HOUSTON, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL - News) announced improvements to its OnePass program to make it easier for business travelers to earn Elite status. Effective Jan. 1, 2003, customers traveling on an unrestricted, economy class "Y" fare on Continental, Copa or Azteca airlines will receive a 50-percent mileage bonus toward Elite status. This change makes the OnePass Elite program, already recognized as the best in the industry, even better.
